Q: How long should I charge the batteries?

A: Need to charge 6-10hours

Q: Can I get samples for testing the market? And how long the sample will be ready?

A: Yes, we can offer you some samples, but samples need extra charge. Samples usually take 15-20 days, which depends on different model.

Q: How long will the battery last between charges?

A: This is always tricky to quantify as it depends on various factors. But given average conditions, our 48V 100Ah option for example would give around70-90km depending on terrain, weight of the passengers, number of stops/starts, tire air pressure etc.

Q: Are the electrical parts water resistant?

A: Yes, absolutely. Obviously, we wouldn't recommend throwing the bike in a swimming pool for example, but it will cope well with natural wet conditions.

Q: Can I make our own logo on the products?

A: Yes, we can put your logo on the products.

Q: What is the delivery time for bulk order?

A: It takes about 45days after receiving the deposit

Q: How do you control the quality?

A: Firstly, we export electric tricycles for many years, we have many skilled workers, technicians, engineers, Quality Control teams and management staff, so our quality can be assured.
Secondly,  all the parts arrived in our factory need to be checked by our QC department.
Third, before production we will make the first sample and let the QC check, everything is ok then will be in production.
Fourth, before packing our QC also will check each bike, make sure every bike in good quality.

Q: What is your warranty or after sale service?

A: Motor, battery, controller is 1year warranty. Usually, our clients will purchase some spare parts together with their shipment so they can fix the small problem by themselves.
